In May 2024 we welcomed Greg Blewitt as an MNDSA Ambassador. Greg has a profound understanding of the importance of raising awareness for Motor Neurone Disease (MND), a cause that is particularly close to him following the loss of his mother to MND a decade ago.

Many may recognise Greg from his illustrious international cricketing career or as one of Adelaide’s beloved television and radio hosts. His transition into advocacy underscores his commitment to supporting those affected by MND in South Australia. With Greg’s involvement, we aim to enhance our outreach efforts and provide vital assistance to individuals living with Motor Neurone Disease, fostering a greater understanding within the community about this challenging condition. We are honoured to have him join us in our mission.
